The Secretary of Revenue, pursuant to the authority conferred by section 615(b) 2 of The Vehicle Code of May 1, 1929, P. L. 905, as amended, 75 PS §192(b) 2, suspended the operating privileges of Maurice V. Fox for a period of three months for a speeding violation. The matter is now before us on an appeal from this action. . .
