Crommes, deceased, has appealed on questions of law from a judgment and order of the Probate Court, declaring null and void a purported deed from Phoebe A. Crommes, now deceased, to John E. Crommes, her husband and plaintiff's decedent, and denying plaintiff's petition to sell property, including that described in the purported deed, to pay debts of the estate.
