Plaintiff's action in trespass seeks damages for personal injuries suffered while riding as a passenger in an automobile operated by defendant, John DePaul. Also joined as defendants in the action were the operator of the other vehicle involved in the collision, Cornelius J. Foort, and his alleged employer, H. L. Yoh Co., Inc., and DePaul's employer, Lehigh Press.
