OPINION BY HIRT, J., April 16, 1959:

The defendant insured the life of John J. O'Donnell in two policies in the aggregate amount of $1,500. He died on August 3, 1951, at age 58. This action was brought by his widow, as beneficiary, to recover additional benefits equal to the face amount of the policies, on her allegation that the death of the insured was "caused directly, independently and exclusively of all other causes by drowning."
