This is a condemnation suit brought by the City of Cedar Hill, a small Municipality in southern part of Dallas County; and involved the taking of 21.48 acres of appellee's land to be used for a sewage treatment plant, together with 4.98 acres in form of a 50 foot strip for an access road to the plant; the site being located in the northwest corner of a tract containing 878.91 acres of land which is bisected almost in exact center by the Dallas-Ellis...
