This is an appeal from a judgment entered after the sustaining of demurrers without leave to amend.

The plaintiff herein was injured in an accident on April 16, 1953, and filed a complaint against General Petroleum Corporation and Pacific Drilling Control Company, John Doe and Richard Roe, on March 27, 1958.
