NICHOLS, Judge.

1. The plaintiff assigns error on two judgments of the trial court excluding certain evidence as to the amount of damages done to the plaintiff's property. The judgments of the trial court were made upon objections of the defendant that the plaintiff's title or right of possession had not been proved at the time the evidence was offered.
