This is a suit by the plaintiff, Keller, to foreclose the interest of the defendants, Lonsdales, as purchasers, under two conditional sales contracts, executed by them in February, 1954. Keller appears herein as the assignee of Max Fleming and K. Reuben Nyberg, co-partners, dba Fleming & Company, the sellers, under said contracts.
