This is an appeal from an order denying defendant's motion for amended findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order for judgment or for a new trial.

In November 1946, plaintiff and his wife purchased an unassembled miniature doll house from one Edna King for the sum of $2,200. The doll house, built to one-fourth of life size, was 24 feet long and 6 feet high. At the time of the purchase, the doll house itself was stored in a warehouse...
