J. B. Claiborne and wife, Jessie Mae Claiborne, filed suit against J. L. Johnson, Pruitt Jones, Stanley R. Ranch and Hank Hebert for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a collision between the Claiborne automobile and a truck owned by Ranch and operated by Jones.
