This is an appeal by the defendant, a practicing dentist, from a judgment which the circuit court entered in favor of the plaintiff, a member of the Bar, after it had directed the jury to return a verdict in his favor in the amount of $1,333.33. The defendant, in appealing, submits only one assignment of error. It charges that error was committed when a verdict was directed for the plaintiff....
