This suit was instituted on July 30, 1957, by James R. Bell, James Trout, and William Trout, hereinafter called appellants, against Ralph M. Hagmann, individually and as executor of the estate of F. N. Hagmann, Jr., deceased, hereinafter called appellee, to obtain specific performance of a written contract for the purchase and sale of real estate.
