This is an action on the case for fraud. Trial to court and jury resulted in a verdict for plaintiff in the sum of $8,447.02, upon which judgment was entered. Defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding verdict or, in alternative, for new trial, was denied. Defendant appeals.
