This is an appeal from an order overruling appellant's motion for new trial alleging jury misconduct.

Appellees, John L. Damge and wife, Mildred, sued appellant, Florence Goodson Davis, a feme sole, to recover damages sustained by them when Mrs. Damge and Mrs. Davis, operating their respective automobiles, were involved in an intersectional collision.
