This is an action for damages brought by a shipper against a carrier to recover for the loss by fire of a truck load of twine while being transported in defendant's truck. The origin of the fire was not established although it is probable that it resulted from placing the twine too close to the exhaust pipe which was exposed in the interior of the truck. Werner Brown holds all but two shares of the stock of plaintiff corporation...
