This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissing a complaint under § 301 of the Taft-Hartley Act (61 Stat. 156) 29 U.S.C.A. § 185, seeking a decree for specific performance to compel the employer to arbitrate a certain described "grievance" filed on behalf of an employee named Adolf J.
