Prior to June 6, 1951, C. C. Allmand and wife owned the royalty in controversy. On that day they executed an oil lease to Sohio Petroleum Company reserving a 1/8th royalty. On the same day they conveyed to E. H. R. Sabens, individually, an undivided ¼th of said reserved 1/8th royalty for fifteen years. Sabens and W.
