In this action, the last will and testament and three codicils thereto of Alice Stidworthy, deceased, were admitted to probate after a contest in the county court of Lancaster County. Therefrom contestants Helen S. Kerr and Margaret S. Coryell appealed to the district court. The petition of proponent Ada S.
