We are here concerned with the provisions of Rule 13(a) of the trial court as they relate to the instant litigation.1

On January 29, 1958, appellant sued appellee, a dentist, for damages in a complaint in two counts: (1) for breach of warranty, and (2) for negligence. The first count alleged that on July 8, 1957, appellee agreed to perform dental work for appellant...
