The four daughters, only children of Otto E. Mahnke, have contested the validity of the will propounded. The question arises as to whether certain obsessions on the part of the testator can be said to have constituted an insane delusion and so interfered with the operation of the testator's mind resulting in the exclusion of his four daughters from the will.
