This appeal arises from the denial, by the District Court, of a motion for a directed jury verdict for the defendant (appellant) at the conclusion of the plaintiff's (appellee's) evidence, the denial of a like motion at the conclusion of all the evidence, and the denial of a motion to set aside the jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff and enter judgment for the defendant.
