This is a Workmen's Compensation case and is the outgrowth of an injury to his left leg sustained on October 17, 1957, while appellant was working in the Magnolia Refinery of Beaumont as a boilermaker for C. F. Braun & Company. The injury was sustained when appellant was operating a grinding machine and the grinder broke.
