Appellant was indicted with the crime of First Degree Murder, for which he was convicted and sentenced to death. He was defended by an attorney of his own choice. The verdict was returned on January 29, 1958. On January 30 he discharged his attorney. On January 31 Ferdinand Samper, who now prosecutes this appeal, entered his appearance for appellant.
