ROBERTS, Justice.
This is a petition for reinstatement of an automobile operator's license which was denied by the registrar of motor vehicles. Following such denial an appeal was taken to the superior court and after a hearing thereon the trial justice entered a decree affirming the action of the registrar. The cause is before us on the petitioner's appeal from that decree.
