DOOLING, J.

Defendants were convicted of first degree robbery and first degree burglary. (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 459.) They appeal from the judgments and from the denial of their motions for a new trial.

The evidence shows that on November 24, 1957, at about 12:15 a.m. the night watchman at 111 Sutter Building in San Francisco admitted appellants into the building and when he asked them to sign a register, each man indicated a gun tucked in his trouser...
