LeFevre, defendant below, seeks reversal of a final judgment in favor of Anne Rebecca Bear, the appellee, plaintiff below, for the accidental and allegedly wrongful death of her husband, John H. Bear, a Commander in the Naval Service, while riding as a guest in an automobile operated by the defendant.

Error is assigned, inter alia, to the denial of defendant's motion to dismiss the several counts...
