This is an eminent domain action brought by the State Highway Commission (hereafter called the "State") against the Muswick Beverage Company Inc. (hereafter called the "Company") for the acquisition of the entire parcel of land and improvements thereon belonging to the Company. The jury rendered a verdict fixing the value at $212,000 and judgment was accordingly entered in that amount plus interest on the excess (over the court deposit of $149,300)...
