Appellant was convicted of the offense of burglary in the nighttime, with intent to indecently molest a minor.

The evidence for the state tended to show that Mrs. Virginia Wallace, of 3714 Farwood Drive, Montgomery, worked as a night nurse at Pineview Manor Hospital.
