Plaintiff, F.O. Lake, brought this action to foreclose a chattel mortgage given to him by the defendant, Lewis G. Hart, to secure the unpaid portion of the purchase price of a small restaurant building and fixtures, and made the Security National Bank of Sapulpa, Oklahoma a party defendant.
