This is a suit to require an accounting. The plaintiffs are the owners of contractual rights to fractional shares of the proceeds derived from inventions conceived and patented by defendant Andrews. The trial court required defendant Andrews to account and, as a result of the accounting, awarded judgment against him in favor of both plaintiffs. The defendant Andrews appeals.
