This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when his clothes were ignited by a fire where he was employed. Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff.

While plaintiff has pleaded five specifications of negligence, only one was submitted to the jury by the court. The negligence submitted was the failure of the defendant to provide a reasonably safe and workable fire extinguisher...
