PER CURIAM.

It is our duty to review the recommendation of the Board of Governors of the Oregon State Bar that Le Roy L. Lomax be suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months.

The complaint charges that although Lomax received gross income of $3,268.37 for the calendar year of 1953 and gross income of $4,188.19 for the year of 1954, he willfully and intentionally failed to file federal income tax returns for those years. The complaint further...
