We see in this Grand Jury questionnaire procedure no violation of section 248 or section 249 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or of any other law. Relator, an inspector employed by the New York City Department of Buildings, was subpœnaed before the Grand Jury, appeared there and executed a waiver of immunity.
