Plaintiff is a building contractor. On October 3, 1956, he entered into a written contract with defendant R. J. Freeman for the erection of a home at a price of $15,900. He promptly proceeded to erect the home. In March, 1957 defendants moved into the basement. By August 1957 plaintiff had finished the house, and defendants occupied the full home.
