CASTLES, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant in the sum of $1,605 together with $750 attorney's fees. The district court found generally in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff.

The appellant will hereafter be referred to as the plaintiff; the respondent as the defendant. The plaintiff resides in Browning. The defendant is an attorney at law in Great Falls who had been first employed as the plaintiff's attorney...
