Plaintiff, Nancy Frye, instituted her action of trespass on the case, in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, against McCrory Stores, Wheeling Electric Company, the City of Wheeling, Jenevieve M. Taylor and William M. Sheff, for recovery of damages for personal injuries suffered by her as a result of an explosion alleged to have been caused by negligence of defendants. Before the case was submitted to the jury the trial court dismissed from the case...
