This case comes to us upon an appeal by the Attorney-General of the State of New York from an order of the Surrogate's Court of Onondaga County dated December 19, 1957 and an amendatory order dated January 16, 1958. The general effect of these two orders is to construe the will of the decedent so that one Norma Winifred McGrath, respondent and executrix therein, shall receive all of the United States...
