Suit from which the appeal is taken was initiated by Alton M. Toombs and others against Continental Bus System, Inc., the B. F. Goodrich Company, and others. Predicate for the suit lay in a serious collision between a bus operated by the Continental Bus System, Inc., and the automobile of Mr. Toombs.
