OPINION

This is a negligence case, arising from a collision of 2 automobiles in a highway intersection. Telegraph road skirts the westerly limits of Pontiac. It is a 6-lane north-south superhighway where it crosses east-west Elizabeth Lake road. Traffic passing through the intersection is controlled by the usual control signal, which is suspended overhead in the center of the intersection.
