Addison E. Mullikin (the testator) and Muriel Kemp West (the caveator) were first cousins. At his death in 1956 the testator left an estate of over $7,000,000. The greater part of the estate was bequeathed to charity. When the caveator found he had bequeathed her only about $48,000 she filed a caveat to his will.
