At about seven o'clock on the evening of October 12, 1952, a 1952, two door, hardtop Ford Victoria automobile traveling in a westerly direction along U.S. Highway No. 87 from Hardin toward Billings, Montana, and just before reaching the point of a curve thereon about twenty-one miles west of the city limits of Hardin, left the Highway, — went through a pasture fence and then came to a stop on the prairie...
