This appeal involves two consolidated actions in one of which Helen M. Wilson was plaintiff and in the other of which Orville W. Anderson was plaintiff. The defendants sued by plaintiffs are John G. Rutz, doing business as Star Bus Line, owner of the bus involved herein, and Marvin B. Smith, driver of the bus. In both actions plaintiffs sought damages...
