Plaintiff administrator brought this action to recover damages for the death of his decedent, claimed to have resulted from negligence on the part of the defendants. During the evening of April 25, 1956, Mrs. Evans, her 2 daughters Edith and Kathleen, and a friend were en route from Oakland county, Michigan, where they resided, to the State of Alabama.
