ROBINSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the chancery court refusing to set aside a divorce decree granted appellee on May 8, 1956. The appellant alleges as grounds for setting aside the decree that it was obtained by fraud on the court in that appellee was never a resident of Arkansas and that the grounds for divorce were untrue.

The Sariegos were married in New York City in March, 1950. The next year appellee entered the United States Air Force...
