This is a proceeding to annex "contiguous" territory to the village of Flossmoor. The court approved the petition for annexation and ordered the question submitted to the Village Board for final action. Ch. 24, sec. 7-6, Ill. Rev. Stat. (1957). The Bank as objector has appealed.
