TOMLINSON, Justice.

The controversy between the litigants was whether Dykes or Meighan Construction Company is the owner of two expensive heavy construction machines. A jury was demanded. It returned a verdict in favor of complainant, Dykes, after submission to it of much oral testimony.

The chancellor set that verdict aside with the statement that he was not "satisfied with the verdict, and for other reasons appearing sufficient" to him. Dykes excepted, and...
