Krueger, also known as Hugo Krueger, plaintiff, against Myrtle Krueger, Flora Pestel, Alvin Pestel, husband of Flora Pestel, and all persons claiming any interest in or to certain tracts of land, defendants, the purpose of the action being to quiet title to certain land described in the petition in the plaintiff.
