This appeal resulted from the entry of a decree awarding Camillus A. Nash, III, appellee, a divorce a mensa et thoro from Marion Matravers Nash, appellant, and denying appellant separate maintenance.

In his bill of complaint, filed July 16, 1957, Nash alleged that his wife deserted him on June 10, 1957. He prayed for a divorce a mensa et thoro and for joint custody and control of their daughter, also named Marion Matravers Nash...
