This is a claim by one Messersmith's widow for workmen's compensation benefits for herself and a minor child. The single member's findings and decision were adopted by the reviewing board. In the Superior Court, a final decree was entered (a) stating that the "deceased ... did not receive an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment and that his death was not causally related to any injury ......
