The plaintiffs in this action are property owners whose homes are located adjacent to property of the defendant on Queen Anne Hill, in Seattle, on which property the defendant has erected a television transmission tower. The action, in which the plaintiffs sought to enjoin the erection of the tower, was brought shortly after its construction was begun. A temporary restraining order was refused by the court.
